Our fabulous hand-piped Fondant Fancies are quintessentially Bettys. Created specially for delicious teatimes and picnics, these fancies are made from all-butter Genoese sponge sandwiched with tangy cherry pâte de fruit.

Each fancy is covered in a layer of marzipan, coated in soft pink fondant icing and sealed with Swiss white chocolate, then delicately hand-iced with an appealing royal icing cherry design.
