    • After payment, we forward your order to our partner agent for delivery.

Delivery, Replacement & Refund Policy

 

    • We aim to deliver orders at the scheduled time (same-day or next-day depending on country and item).

    • For damaged or spoiled items (cakes, flowers, chocolates), we will attempt a free replacement.

    • If delivery is not possible due to local issues or item unavailability, we refund the full amount within 48 hours.
