How to Cancel an order on Desh Bideshe?
Orders In Processing state are only subjected to be cancelled. But once they are processed, cancellation is not accepted.

Refund policy

  1.  If products are not delivered within 7–10 days, we will refund the product price to customers.
  2. After we receive customer’s complain, our team of professionals will inspect it and process on refund. For refund it may take 15 to 20 business days.

You may return any non persishable item for store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. There is no return on any consummable items.
