We wanted to create the most deluxe chocolate and cherry combination by suspending a whole cherry, bursting with the tartness of kirsch, in a luscious amaretto ganache. Classic flavours of cherry and almond, but with an adults-only twist, creates a decadent, warming fruity taste.
