Delivery Information

• We provide only freshly baked cakes. Our chefs implement their own ways of baking the cake and adding toppings. You may find a minor difference in the shape and design of the products.
• We calculate only a rough estimate of the delivery time. Depending on the product availability and the chosen destination, we try to deliver the product within the shortest time.
• Due to their perishable nature, our cakes are delivered only once. It means we do not make a second attempt if you do not receive the cake during our first-time delivery.
• We do not deliver the cake to your neighbor or other persons in your absence.
• We do not use courier service for delivery. Our cakes are hand-delivered.
• In some cases, we look for substitutions of designs or flavors due to regional or temporary unavailability of the chosen product.

Caring for the flowers and cakes

• After the arrival of flowers, you can trim their stems. Sprinkle water into them.
• Use clean water and a proper vase for storing flowers.
• If some leaves are submerged in water, you should remove them. But, never pluck leaves above the water line.
• Monitor the water level every day.
• Your flowers should be away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat.
• Spray water at times to keep flowers fresh
• Store your cake in your refrigerator.
• It is better to consume the cake a day after receiving it.
