As for the chocolate, we’ve gone for simple recipes that showcase the nuanced notes of the cacao bean. Start off with our Nutmilk Batons. Finely milled hazelnut replaces the dairy in this milk chocolate and provides a delicate nutty undertone to the 40% cacao chocolate. The Gianduja Bombe boasts a rich 70% cacao shell, that gives way to a 40% milk chocolate and praline filling.

We can’t get enough of chocolate and nuts. That’s why we added our Fruit & Nut Slab. Sumptuous 80% chocolate is stuffed with chewy dried cherries, mellow, buttery hazelnuts and crunchy toasted almonds.
